Loan/Mortgage User Conference Registration Opens Early September
Save the date! FIPCO’s 2008 Loan/Mortgage Software User Conference is quickly approaching. Get a First Look at the New Regulation Z Mortgage Lending Rules
To better assist Wisconsin financial institutions, Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) is planning several education programs related to the changes affecting Regulation Z. As you may be aware, these changes do not go into affect for over one year. The first part is 10/1/09 and the second is 2010. The WBA legal staff is busy reviewing the new regulations to ensure a full understanding, as well as provide solid information to WBA members. Upcoming programs include WBA New Regulation Z Mortgage Lending Rules: A First Look, scheduled for Sept. 8, 2008, as well as a WBA Compliance Forum in February 2009, and WBA Regulation Z Workshops in March 2009. Please continue to watch the WBA website and FIPCO publications for updates on the WBA’s Regulation Z education programs.
